As the natural ability of the body to adapt and respond to the environment is reduced, its ability to respond to the challenges of well-being is likewise reduced; therefore, poor functioning results.
Chiropractic seeks to identify and analyze vertebral subluxations. A vertebral subluxation is when a misaligned spinal bone puts pressure on the nerve causing interference between the brain and the body. Whenever possible, the doctor of chiropractic reopens the body’s natural communication network by adjusting the misaligned spinal segment. With nerve function improved, bodily processes are permitted to attain normality and the body is better able to return to its natural striving toward 100% function.
Chiropractics concern is with the correction of vertebral subluxations. Its aim is to make certain that the body’s natural health-ensuring processes are allowed to function without nerve interference due to misaligned vertebrae. It does NOT provide “sickness” care… “disease” care… or “symptom” care. It provides WELLNESS CARE.
As a philosophy, chiropractic recognizes that the body has a natural ability to express its potential to the fullest.
As a science, it deals with the relationship between spinal segments and the nerve system, and the effect this relationship has on the body’s innate ability to express and maintain itself.
As an art, it entails knowledge, skill, and dexterity to locate and correct subluxations that can rob the body of the ability to function at its maximum.
Our Unique Fee System:
At Natural Options Chiropractic we have a unique and innovative fee system for the payment of services. It’s simple… each practice member or family determines their own fee for care and this fee is deposited in a box located in the hallway. This fee system is a privilege that carries with it certain responsibilities. Each responsibility is equally important and equally required to continue with the fee system. We also accept most forms of insurance.
1. Be regular with your care. Be adjusted at least once a week. You may come in 
more often if desired. Exceptions will be made for work, family emergencies, vacation, etc… If you do not come in regularly, you will be charged the regular adjustment fee.
2. Payment is due each visit. All practice members are expected to pay a fee. If you are unable to pay due to unemployment or other circumstances, please discuss it with me personally.
3. Tell and refer others to hear about chiropractic. You are your brother’s keeper and others need to hear what you know. Additionally, this system is a cooperative system that depends on a sufficient volume of people to succeed. Thus by telling and referring others to the office, you not only help them express life more fully, but you ensure the continuation of the system for yourself.
4. Failure to follow the rules of this system will cause you to lose these privileges and you will continue on a per adjustment fee.
How Much Is Fair?
I do not know your financial situation and frankly it is none of my business. Providing chiropractic is the only business of which I wish to be involved. You determine your fee or your family fee based on your financial situation. I expect you will give the most that your budget will allow, not one cent more, not one cent less. There is no upper or lower limit to the amount. This is a valuable, life-giving service. It is priceless! I cannot determine its worth, so I base my fee system on your ability to pay, not its worth. If you financial situation changes for the better or worse, I would expect you to change your fee accordingly.
I have been told that this fee system is a great contribution to the community. However, the truth is that I cannot do it without your help. I am ultimately dependent on God to supply my needs and keep me utilizing this fee system. However, I am also dependent upon my practice members to take advantage of this opportunity to come in as often as possible so they can be as healthy as possible and to tell everyone they know about chiropractic and the importance of regular care.
