In addition to traditional massage therapy, we also offer a similar service: endermology. Lumicell Touch Endermology is light-based technology to treat cellulite and improve skin tone. It combines vacuum subdermal tissue massage with the benefits of infrared light and magenta light. Infrared light acts directly on your metabolism while magenta light contributes anti-aging properties to cellulite treatment. It provides a complete epidermic, dermic and hypodermic treatment of cellulite, not only by massage but also by stimulating proper cell functions leading to a dramatic reduction in cellulite appearance and healthier-looking skin.
Results vary, but most lose about 2 inches from hips and thighs and more from waist. There is a definite decrease in the “orange peel” aspect of you skin and there is a smoothing out of the skin. It can be used for the arms, thighs, hips, back and buttocks, however the most time will be spent where cellulite is your biggest concern.
Age and skin conditions determine the number of treatments required to achieve optimal results, as results may be seen in as little as 7 treatments. However, it is usually 12-18 treatments. Combined with a healthier lifestyle, you are sure to see improvements. Packages are available, and amount of packages can be discussed with the therapist.

Anna graduated from Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2003 after taking an advanced course in trigger point therapy. Anna has been with Natural Options since we opened our doors, and is greatly loved by her clients. Anna is also available for Endermology treatments. (see below) She is married to Travis and lives in Grove City.

Christopher Stephens MT
Chris is a massage therapist from the Greenville area who specializes in neuromuscular (trigger point) therapy, swedish, and deep tissue massage. He received my graduation certificate from Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in January of 2010, where he had some unique experiences, such as working on the Steelers during their training camp, and participating in a clinic within the school. Chris has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 2009. He is a very easy person to get along with, and treats his clients with the utmost respect.
Beth Bozik MT
Beth graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2003. In her eight years of experience, she has previously worked in the Butler area and out of her home in the past few years. She is trained in Swedish, Myofascial, and Neuromuscular massage. Beth has specialized in pregnancy massage and also gives an excellent hot stone massage.
